BALTIMORE (AP) - Baltimore police are investigating a shooting that left one person dead and two others injured.

Police said in a statement that officers responded to a report of a shooting around 2:30 Sunday morning.

They found a 21-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the leg, a 20-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the hip and a third male victim with a gunshot wound to the chest and leg.



The victims were taken to area hospitals. The third male victim, whose age wasn’t provided, died.

The statement says a preliminary investigation revealed the victims were standing in a street when unidentified suspects began shooting at them.

The victims weren’t immediately identified, and no suspect information was released.
