ANDERSON, S.C. (AP) - A driver has been ticketed after a tanker carrying aviation fuel crashed into a South Carolina home.

Authorities tell local media outlets the wreck happened at around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday in Anderson County.

Officials say the tanker had just filled up and was carrying 4,000 gallons (15,142 liters) of fuel when the driver ran off the road in a curve, hit a ditch and utility pole before overturning in the front yard of a home, hitting its porch.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol says 47-year-old Darryll Mabry was charged with driving too fast for conditions.

Officials say less than a gallon of fuel spilled. No injuries were reported.
