RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) - In a story Dec. 25 about Rapid City considering remodeling Barnett Arena or building a new facility for about $182 million, The Associated Press reported that Rapid City voters rejected a proposed $180 million expansion of Rushmore Plaza Civic Center in 2015. The story should have noted that the 2015 expansion was projected to cost as much as $420 million with interest.
