Man found dead in midtown Kansas City house fire

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) - Fire officials say a man was found dead in a fire at a midtown Kansas City home.

The fire was reported early Sunday.

Battalion Chief Nino Bruno says the body of a man in his 30s was found in an upstairs apartment of the home.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
