GEORGETOWN, Del. (AP) - State Police say a Delaware man with five DUI convictions has been arrested again on charges of drunken driving.

Authorities say 41-year-old Lance Q. Perry of Georgetown was arrested shortly after midnight Tuesday after a trooper spotted him committing a traffic violation.

Perry is charged with sixth offense driving under the influence, driving while his license has been suspended or revoked, and failure to have two headlights.

Perry was being held on $7,001 cash bond. It was not immediately clear whether he has a lawyer.
