HOBOKEN, N.J. (AP) - Santa Claus did not need a sleigh as he made a special trip to New Jersey.

Santa on Friday boarded a New Jersey Transit train in Hoboken where he was joined by less fortunate children or those with special needs for a journey along the Morris & Essex and Montclair-Boonton lines.

The annual Railmen For Children Santa Train has been organized by train conductors and engineers for the past three decades.

The children received presents during the trip.
