BERLIN, N.H. (AP) - Authorities in New Hampshire say a New Jersey man has been seriously injured in a utility task vehicle crash.

WMUR-TV reports (https://bit.ly/2upDOmk ) the crash occurred around 4 p.m. Thursday along Brook Road Trail in Berlin. Police say 19-year-old Mosher Weissler, of Lakewood, New Jersey, rolled a UTV to its side while driving with a group on the recreational trail.

Weissler was taken to Androscoggin Valley Hospital in Berlin. Authorities say the victim’s injuries are serious but not life-threatening.



Officials say Weissler was wearing a helmet and eye protection at the time of the crash. Authorities say inexperience likely contributed to the crash.
