NEW TOWN, N.D. (AP) - Authorities say a man died and a woman was injured in a head-on collision near New Town.
The accident happened before noon on Tuesday. The North Dakota Highway Patrol says a 31-year-old man driving a Chevrolet Spark crossed the center line of state Highway 23 and struck a Ford pickup driven by a 59-year-old woman.
The man, who is from New Town, died at the scene. The woman, from Seligman, Missouri, was transported to a Minot hospital for medical treatment.
