REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. (AP) - A man has been charged with a third DUI in a Delaware beach town.

WDEL-FM reports that a Rehoboth Beach Police officer saw a car drive over a curb and sidewalk Saturday night. Police say the officer stopped the vehicle and administered a field sobriety on the driver.

Fifty-one-year-old James Leone of Wilmington was charged with DUI and driving a motor vehicle on a sidewalk.
