SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine (AP) - About 15 motorists say they have flat tires because they drove over dumped construction debris on I-295.

A Maine Department of Transportation spokesman says a construction company’s dump truck drove over a bridge joint in South Portland and spilled out all of the construction debris it was carrying late Thursday.

The Portland Press Herald reports (https://bit.ly/2gc66iC ) the construction company returned to clean up the debris - but not before 15 motorists got flat tires.

MDOT says all of the debris was cleaned up by 9:30 p.m. on Thursday.
