LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - The Arkansas State Police say a 52-year-old Sheridan woman has died in a car crash in Grant County that also left another driver injured.
A preliminary report from the agency says Karen S. Daniels died Friday after the wreck on U.S. Highway 270.
The report says Daniels was traveling east on the highway when her car crossed the center lane and struck the car of a 64-year-old driver who was traveling west.
Police say Daniels was ejected from her vehicle. The other driver’s car went off the road and overturned. The report didn’t have further details on the extent of the second driver’s injuries.
