ALLENTOWN, Pa. (AP) - The coroner has identified a man who killed himself ending a four-hour standoff with police at his eastern Pennsylvania home.

Lehigh County Coroner Scott Grim says 24-year-old Logan Crum died Wednesday night at his home in Allentown. The coroner didn’t immediately saw how Crum died.

Police say the incident began about 6:45 p.m. when Crum’s roommate called police to report a man “acting irrationally.”

Police tried to negotiate with Crum and used a robot with video equipment to keep an eye on him before announcing the incident had ended about 10:30 p.m.

Crum was officially pronounced dead about 45 minutes later, when a coroner was able to access the scene.
