GLENDALE, Ariz. (AP) - Authorities have released the name of a single mother who is believed to have died in a house fire in Glendale along with her three children.

Glendale police say the body found after the fire was extinguished early Wednesday is believed to be the homeowner, 41-year-old Heather Johnson.

They say her identity awaits confirmation by the Maricopa Medical Examiner’s Office along with the three juveniles.

Authorities previously said the four killed in the fire were twin 11-year-old boys, a teenage girl and an adult female.

Officials at Ironwood High say the girl was a freshman at the school.

Police say the fire broke out about 1:30 a.m. Wednesday.

They say the cause of the fire remains under investigation, but doesn’t appear suspicious.
