PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Philadelphia police have released surveillance video that shows a man on a bicycle snatching a purse from an 80-year-old woman.
Police say the incident happened about 8:10 p.m. March 29 in the city’s Hunting Park section.
The woman received only minor injuries.
Police are hoping someone will recognize the suspect who was seen riding around near Fairhill Street and Hunting Park Avenue that evening.
