Dead whale washes up on Queens beach

NEW YORK (AP) - A dead whale has washed up on a Queens beach.

The New York Post (https://nyp.st/2o6fN45 ) says the whale, which is about 30 feet, was found around 9:30 a.m. Tuesday in the Rockaway Park community.

Police and Parks Department workers were keeping onlookers away.
