TYRONE, Pa. (AP) - The coroner has been called to a house fire in central Pennsylvania where one person has died and another has been taken to a hospital for smoke inhalation.
Blair County authorities didn’t immediately release the names of either victim in the fire Monday about 4 a.m. in Tyrone Township.
Firefighters had difficulty getting water to the home, which is in a remote area about 100 miles east of Pittsburgh.
A state police fire marshal was investigating.
