PHOENIX (AP) - Police say a man has been arrested after being found with two pellet guns near a Phoenix high school.

They say 58-year-old Jimmy O’Neal is being held on suspicion of trespassing and disorderly conduct.

Police say officers responded about 6:40 a.m. Friday to a call of a man wearing all green clothing and walking with what appeared to be a rifle.

Officers set up a perimeter to contain the man and Bostrom High School was placed on lockdown.

They made contact with the man and say one of the pellet rifles resembled a high-powered rifle.

Police say no shots were fired and nobody was injured.

They’re still unsure of the man’s intent.

It was unclear Friday evening if O’Neal has a lawyer yet.
