PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Philadelphia police are searching for a man who followed a Korean War veteran home and robbed him shortly after the victim left a store where he bought lottery tickets.

Police say surveillance video outside the store shows the suspect.

Police say he approached the 86-year-old victim about 2:30 p.m. on April 19 and asked him “Where’s the money?” while brandishing a razor blade.

Police say the man ignored the request and walked home, not realizing the suspect followed him.

Once the victim entered his home, the suspect went inside, knocked him down and punched him several times in the face. Police say the suspect also grabbed the neck of the victim’s 83-year-old wife while he took at least $50 worth of lottery tickets from the male victim’s pockets before running away.
