PHOENIX (AP) - Authorities say an 8-year-old girl has died from injuries suffered in a Phoenix crash that killed two adults who were in the car with her when they slammed head-on into a pickup truck.

Police reported Shihada Lewis died Saturday. The other victims of the Thursday crash have been identified as 34-year-old Reshad Lewis and 25-year-old Nickole Lambert.

A 2-year-old boy who was in a child safety seat in the back of their vehicle is reported to be in serious but stable condition.

Phoenix police say Reshad Lewis had entered a two-way left turn lane before colliding with the pickup truck.

The driver of the truck, a 49-year-old man, suffered minor injuries.

Police say investigators suspect Lewis was having a medical event at the time of the crash.
