EAST ORANGE, N.J. (AP) - Essex County prosecutors are investigating a firearm discharge by an East Orange police officer.
It happened Monday afternoon on Park Avenue.
No one was injured and no arrests were made.
The state requires prosecutors to investigate whenever a law enforcement officer discharges a weapon.
