AIKEN, S.C. (AP) - Officials have arrested a second person in the shooting death of a man at a South Carolina home.
Aiken County Sheriff’s Capt. Eric Abdullah said in a news release that 42-year-old John Andrew Finch of Windsor was arrested Sunday night and charged with murder.
Abdullah said evidence at the scene suggested a second person and Finch was arrested and charged.
No motive has been released.
The coroner’s office said 52-year-old George Dover of Aiken was found shot to death around 3:45 a.m. Sunday.
Forty-nine-year-old Candy Michelle Newman was arrested at the scene and charged with manslaughter.
It was not known if Finch and Newman have attorneys.
