PEKIN, N.D. (AP) - Authorities say a 23-yearold man was killed and a 27-year-old man injured in a one-vehicle rollover near Pekin.

The accident happened Thursday morning on North Dakota Highway 1. The Highway Patrol says the driver of a 2012 Dodge Ram pickup failed to negotiate a curve and the vehicle overturned.

Kevin Lemna, of Enderlin, died at the scene. Jordan Borland, of Michigan, was transported by ambulance to the Nelson County Health Center with unknown injures. His condition was not reported.



Neither man was wearing a seatbelt.

The crash remains under investigation.
