MILTON, Fla. (AP) - A Florida Panhandle teen has been sentenced to 50 years in prison for a fatal home invasion.
The Pensacola News Journal (https://goo.gl/stLq6J ) reported the 19-year-old man’s sentencing Wednesday. He was convicted in November of home invasion robbery with a firearm and aggravated battery.
Police say the then-17-year-old and another suspect shot two men at a Milton home in November 2015. One of the victims, 57-year-old Raymond Everett, died from his wounds.
Police have not arrested a second suspect in the case.
