BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (AP) - Authorities are investigating a series of fires in the City of Birmingham, Alabama, set from September 2016 to present.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives has released a statement seeking information on 40 fires in the Ensley and West End areas and Central Park.

ATF and the Birmingham Fire and Police Departments will offer up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible.
