A man was arrested Monday after he allegedly sexually assaulted a woman on a Metro train.
Metro Transit Police charged Anthony Sinclair, 27 of the District, with aggravated sexual assault and battery.
Police said he exposed himself to a woman on an Orange line train at the Dunn Loring station in Northern Virginia around 2 p.m. Monday. He then tried to force her to perform a sex act on him.
Sinclair is being held without bond.
