BALTIMORE (AP) - A teenager accused of fatally stabbing his classmate has been found not guilty.

Eighteen-year-old Donte Crawford was charged with first-degree murder and possession of a deadly weapon in connection to the fatal stabbing of Ananias Jolley, his Baltimore Renaissance Academy classmate, last November.

On Friday a Baltimore jury acquitted Crawford.

Witnesses said Crawford walked into biology class and knocked Jolley off a stool before stabbing him in the stomach. Relatives of Crawford’s testified that the teen was being bullied and threatened by classmates, and didn’t mean to kill Jolley.
