BULLHEAD CITY, Ariz. (AP) - Bullhead City police don’t know what to make of a pool of blood found on a street in a residential area.

A helicopter and ground search of the area didn’t turn up a body or injured person, and police say they also checked hospitals and urgent care centers.

Police say the blood was found about 8 a.m. Wednesday, along with personal items that included a cap, a pair of shoes and keys.

Police say they don’t know if the blood is related to a medical or criminal matter.
