FARGO, N.D. (AP) - A concert promoter in Fargo has pleaded guilty to misdemeanor counts of sexual assault and disorderly conduct.

KFGO-AM (https://bit.ly/2d5zbIc ) reports that 39-year-old Christopher Hennen, of Fargo, entered his guilty pleas Wednesday. He received a suspended jail sentence and must serve just under a year of unsupervised probation.

Hennen was charged in April. Court records show a woman told police that after going out with a group of friends and Hennen, she woke up with her pajamas and underwear pulled down and Hennen “half on top” of her. She said she was shocked by Hennen’s actions and “couldn’t move.”

Hennen also must pay about $250 in fees.
