The minds behind Alfred E. Neuman are setting their sights on the Democratic Party’s presidential nominee for the October issue of MAD Magazine.
A preview of the satirical magazine’s digital release set for Friday parodies the “My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic” cartoon to lampoon Mrs. Clinton. “My Little Phony” features the former secretary of state as a dishonest and hypocritical pony that makes friends while running for president.
Some of the panels of the issue read:
- “Frolic with her and her Goldman Sachs buddies as they learn about the magic of friendship!”
- “Share super-secrets on her precious private server before helping her delete everything with just the flick of a tail!”
- “Make believe you are speaking up for women’s rights while gleefully dismissing everyone taken advantage of by your husband, Pokey!”
MAD previously skewered Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump in August. Its cover featured a spring-loaded Alfred E. Neuman popping out of the billionaire’s head. The inside parodied the classic action movie “Die Hard” with “Blowhard With a Vengeance.”
The upcoming issue of MAD Magazine will hit newsstands Oct. 11, Huffington Post reported Monday.
