NATCHITOCHES, La. (AP) - Natchitoches police have recovered a body found floating in the Cane River.
Police Chief Micky Dove tells multiple media outlets that officers received a report around 9:43 a.m. Monday about a body in the river just south of the Church Street Bridge. Detectives have identified the man as 28-year-old Antonio Francisco. His body has been transported to the coroner’s office in Lake Charles for an autopsy.
