Gigi Hadid was captured on video fighting off infamous prankster Vitalii Sediuk, who tried to pick her up outside the Max Mara fashion show in Milan on Thursday.
The fashion model, 21, was walking out of the show, holding sister Bella’s hand, when Mr. Sediuk walked up behind her and wrapped his hands around her, lifting her up by the waist.
Ms. Hadid then forcefully elbowed him in the face, causing him to drop her.
“What the [expletive]? Let go of me!” she screamed. “Get off me! Who the [expletive] are you?!”
Mr. Sediuk scurried away and Ms. Hadid started after him, but she was held back by her security team.
The model later tweeted about the incident, writing, “I’m a HUMAN BEING — and had EVERY RIGHT to defend myself. How dare that idiot thinks he has the right to man-handle a complete stranger. He ran quick tho.”
Mr. Sediuk, a Ukrainian media personality, is known for accosting celebrities at events, including Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, Kim Kardashian, America Ferrera and Will Smith, who famously slapped Mr. Sediuk after he planted a kiss on the actor at the “Men in Black 3” premiere in Moscow, ABC News reported.
