BOISE, Idaho (AP) - Police are investigating after a woman’s body was found in a Boise-area canal.
Det. Monte Iverson said the body, discovered Friday morning by a resident, is that of an unknown adult woman.
It’s not yet clear how she died and how her body ended up in the canal. Investigators have declined to comment on whether they suspect foul play.
Officials said the body was taken to the Ada County coroner to determine the cause of death.
