ECRU, Miss. (AP) - The Mississippi Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash involving a vehicle and deer on Mississippi 346.
Officer Ray Hall tells local media organizations 38-year-old Carly Tate, of Belden, died Thursday morning when her 2000 Toyota collided with a deer, overturned and caught fire.
Hall says Tate died at the scene from her injuries.
