FONTANA, Calif. (AP) - An investigation of a possible vehicle-to-vehicle shooting snarled the morning rush hour on Interstate 10 in San Bernardino County east of Los Angeles.

The Sun newspaper (https://bit.ly/2dRrQtG) reports a motorist said he had a near-collision with a truck in Fontana early Friday and when he got on the freeway the truck pulled alongside and he believes that driver fired at him.

The motorist said he swerved, causing the truck to crash around 4 a.m.

All lanes of the interstate were closed during the investigation. The westbound side reopened at 6 a.m. and all but two eastbound lanes reopened at 7 a.m.
