COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa (AP) - A Kentucky man has been arrested on suspicion of murder in the shooting death of a Council Bluffs man.
Authorities said 35-year-old Arthur Crum of Mount Sterling, Kentucky, is in custody and awaiting extradition to western Iowa.
The body of 39-year-old Larry Scott was found with gunshot wounds in a Council Bluffs street on Aug. 30.
Crum hasn’t made his initial appearance in Iowa courts yet.
