ROCKVILLE, Md. (AP) - Montgomery County police say a pedestrian who was hit by a car in Rockville has died of his injuries.
The department said in an email that 54-year-old Pedro Mendoza of Rockville died Friday at a hospital where he had been taken after the crash on Oct. 16.
Police say Jum Soon Kim of Burtonsville was driving an Acura Integra on Norbeck road. Investigators say Kim drove through an intersection and struck Mendoza, who was crossing Norbeck Road.
The crash is under investigation.
