Multi-vehicle crash snarls Interstate 95 in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Police say a multi-vehicle crash is slowing traffic in south Philadelphia.

The crash happened in the northbound lanes near the Front Street exit about 5:45 a.m. Monday.

Police say at least one person was trapped in the three vehicles that crashed.
