COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) - The Dorn VA Medical Center in Columbia is hosting a “Superheroes” fall festival to help military veterans have some fun and learn about available services.
The event is scheduled for Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Building 106 at the medical center. It is open to all military veterans.
Speakers are slated to cover topics like primary care services, women’s health services and the center’s diabetes assistance program.
Games, snacks, and prizes are also being offered.
The Dorn Medical Center and its seven community-based outpatient clinics offer care to more than 82,000 veterans throughout South Carolina every year.
