WASHINGTON (AP) - Fire officials say 43 children suffered minor injuries when a charter bus carrying schoolchildren collided with a Metrobus in northeast Washington.
A spokesman for D.C. Fire and Emergency Medical Services tells media outlets that the crash happened about 4:30 p.m. Thursday.
Spokesman Doug Buchannan tells WTOP that the children and three adults were taken to a hospital. Most had minor injuries.
