HEBER CITY, Utah (AP) - A Heber City man has died after a head-on collision with a semi-truck on U.S. 189.
KSL-TV reports (https://bit.ly/2ek9tjp ) that 20-year-old Joseph Forbush died Monday after his car crossed into oncoming traffic and collided with the truck near the edge of Heber City.
Utah Highway Patrol says Forbush died at the scene.
Investigators are unsure what caused him to drift into oncoming traffic but impairment is not suspected.
