Fire destroys bar and restaurant business in Richmond

RICHMOND, Wis. (AP) - Fire has destroyed a bar and restaurant business in rural Walworth County.

WISC-TV reports (https://bit.ly/2eBVV6i ) that firefighters responded to Mac Coy’s in Richmond shortly before 3 a.m. Tuesday. The restaurant was closed at the time and no employees were inside.

Firefighters from several area towns were at the scene for about three hours.

There was no immediate word on the cause of the fire. The loss was estimated at $400,000.
