VERSAILLES, Ky. (AP) - People involved with the making of the bourbon Woodford Reserve and state officials are toasting the brand’s 20th anniversary.

Brown-Forman CEO Paul Varga, Master Distiller Chris Morris and Kentucky Tourism, Arts and Heritage Secretary Don Parkinson were at the distillery on Monday for the occasion.

The event finished up with a ceremonial barrel signing and toast to the next 20 years.

Parkinson said Woodford’s success goes along with growing bourbon tourism in Kentucky.

Woodford Reserve is produced by Louisville-based Brown-Forman Corp., which also produces brands such as Jack Daniel’s.
