PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Philadelphia police say a 28-year-old man has been robbed and killed outside his home after returning from shopping.

Police say the incident happened about 10:30 p.m. Sunday in the city’s Crescentville section.

Chief Inspector Scott Small says the victim was approached by two men at the rear of his driveway, at least one of whom had a gun.

The victim’s name hasn’t been released. Police say he was shot in the chest, stomach, arm and leg.

Police say the man’s family, including a young child, were inside when he was robbed but were not hurt.
