OMAHA, Neb. (AP) - Authorities say one person has been killed after a crash along Interstate 80 in Omaha.

Police say a westbound vehicle went out of control near the I Street exit around 2:30 a.m. Monday. The vehicle rolled, ejecting the driver onto the southbound lanes of the I-L-Q streets exit ramp, where the driver was struck by a southbound sport utility vehicle.

The victim was identified as 29-year-old Lucio Lazo-Romero, who lived in Papillion (puh-PIHL’-yuhn). An autopsy has been scheduled.



Police identified the SUV driver as 23-year-old Christian Yochum.
