DEVILS LAKE, N.D. (AP) - Authorities have identified a St. Michael man who died in a one-vehicle crash in Benson County over the weekend.
The Highway Patrol says 46-year-old Robert Herman Jr. failed to negotiate a curve on a rural road about 12 miles southeast of Devils Lake, and his car rolled in the ditch shortly before 11 a.m. Saturday.
Herman died at the scene. He was alone in the car.
