TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - Tucson police are investigating after three men were found with gunshot wounds, one of them fatal.

Police say they were called around 1 a.m. Sunday by multiple people saying shots had been fired in the area of 26th Street and Craycroft Road.

Officers located three men who had clear signs of gunshot wounds.



Firefighters pronounced one man dead at the scene. His identity is being withheld pending family notification.

The other two were hospitalized but their injuries are not life-threatening.

Investigators say the three were involved in an altercation with each other before gunfire erupted.

According to police, the investigation is still in its early stages.
