MILWAUKEE (AP) - In a story Oct. 14 about a program to help people identify warning signs of suicide in military veterans, The Associated Press reported that Christopher Hunn, an Army veteran from Wisconsin who served in Iraq, died of an overdose after being treated at the Tomah Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Hunn died in November 2015, two years after he was treated at Tomah in July 2013.
