DEVILS LAKE, N.D. (AP) - Two Devils Lake men were injured when their pickup truck collided with an Amtrak passenger train in northeastern North Dakota.
The Highway Patrol says the crash happened at an intersection in Ramsey County about 6:45 a.m. Monday. No injuries were reported on the train, and authorities said damage was minor.
The truck was torn in half when the train struck it in the rear on the passenger side about 7 miles west of Devils Lake. The 62- and 67-year-old men inside were taken to a Grand Forks hospital with undisclosed injuries.
