LAS VEGAS (AP) - A three-alarm fire at a Las Vegas strip mall has caused an estimated $1 million in damage.

Fire officials were called Saturday to the Asian Culture Center in the central valley and arriving firefighters could see flames reaching the building’s roof. Seven businesses were affected by the fire.

The cause of the fire is under investigation. No injuries were reported in the blaze.

Officials say the building was not equipped with fire sprinklers because of its age.
