WOODWARD, Okla. (AP) - A Woodward man has been killed in a pickup truck crash in western Oklahoma.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 34-year-old Brian Lee Johnston died in the crash near Woodward on Tuesday.

An OHP report says Johnston was driving eastbound on a county road when he ran a stop sign and the truck went off the roadway, struck an embankment and rolled.

The report says Johnston was not wearing a seat belt and was thrown from the truck. A passenger in the truck refused treatment at the scene.

The report says the weather was clear and the road was dry at the time of the crash.
